摘要
为降低电梯能耗,在普通电梯的曳引机传动机构和配重之间增加一个自动变速装置,该自动变速装置由微机控制系统、液压控制系统和机械变速器等组成.通过控制配重移动的距离来调整配重势能变化量,使配重能合理地补偿轿箱的势能变化,从而获得满意的节能效果.
To lower the power consumption of elevator, an automatic transmission is installed between traction mechanism and counterweight. The automatic transmission consists of a computer control system, a hydraulic control system and a gearbox. The variation of the potential energy of counterweight can be adjusted by controlling its displacement,so the change of the potential energy of elevator car can be equalized more rationally, and better energy-saving effect will be obtained.
