摘要 为了保证高炉安全生产,延长高炉寿命,需要对高炉冷却水的热负荷进行检测。系统采用2片高性价比的AT89C2051单片机共享存储器的方法,解决了信号采集与数据处理、通信的实时性问题;并将传统的流量计和温度计设计成了一体化的基于Modbus协议的数字式热负荷仪表,大幅度降低了造价,为高炉炼铁提供了一种有效的检测手段,以热负荷仪表构成的在线监测系统为高炉的长寿高效提供了一定的保障。 It is essential that the heat load detected of the blast furoace cooling water system so that the blast furnace insure safety produce and lengthen longevity. It is resolved that the real-time problem of the signal collected, the data processed and communication, because of the memory be shared by two AT89C2051 of high performance price ratios in the hot load meter. Tne digital heat load meter base on Modbus protocol had been designed, creatively integrated the traditional flowmeter and thermometer with a mature technique. Tne meter is priced lower, and provided a kind of useful detection way for the furnace iron making, with the hot load meter constitute of system for the longevity of the furnace provided a certain guarantee efficiently.
