摘要
研究开发了基于嵌入式技术的设备故障诊断巡检系统。介绍了系统的总体结构,设计了仪器系统的硬件电路和软件程序,阐述了系统软件和应用软件的功能。嵌入式技术的应用使得巡检系统前端仪器小巧、便携,增强了系统的易用性;前端仪器的网络功能和后端管理软件的网络化结构设计方便了信息管理和共享,提高了设备管理的自动化水平。仪器系统具有很好的实用性和推广价值。
A device fault diagnosis system based on embedded technology was developed. Firstly the overall structure of the system was introduced. Then the circuit and the software of the instrument were designed. And at last the embedded operating system was customized and the application was programmed. The introduction of the embedded technology made the system' s front part instrument portable and easy to use. Because of the network interface of the system's front part instrument and the net structure of the software running on the server, the management and share of the information was made easier and the automation level of the device management was improved. The developed system has good practicability and can be transplanted to other relative fields.
