New Strategy for Bone Marrow Cell Combination Therapy in Myocardium Regeneration

摘要 骨髓干细胞移植是心肌再生治疗的主要方法之一,大量研究表明该类干细胞能够改善左室功能,防止心室重构,但其效率仍有待提高。许多研究尝试骨髓干细胞移植联合其它方法有效增强心肌再生治疗的效果,成为心肌再生治疗的研究热点,一些联合治疗方法显示出良好的应用前景,现综述骨髓干细胞联合治疗在心肌再生领域的进展。 As a major component of myocardium regeneration therapy, bone marrow cells have been observed to improve left ventricular function and prevent remodelling in vitro and in vivo. There remained, however, obstacles to this process. A new strategy of combination therapy with bone marrow cells was introduced to improve effectiveness which gradually became popular in this field and prospects were favourable. This article reviews bone marrow cell combination therapy in myocardium regeneration.
