N-末端脑钠素原在急性心肌梗死中的应用价值 被引量:3

The Value of N-terminal proBNP in Acute Myocardial Infarction

摘要 急性心肌梗死后,由于缺血或室壁张力的增加导致左心室大量分泌NT-proBNP,其水平可以评价急性心肌梗死后左心室收缩与舒张功能不全、心室重构、判断预后及危险分层。其对心肌梗死后的治疗有无指导价值正在研究中。 After acute myocardial infarction, ischemia or the increase of ventrieular wall tension causes left ventricle secretion of large amounts of NT-proBNP, the level of which may indicate left ventricle systolic and diastolic dysfunction, ventricle remodelling, judge prognosis and risk stratification of acute myocardial infarction. Researchers are investigating whether the value can guide treatment of myocardial infarction.
