摘要
目的：探讨晶状体囊袋张力环预防白内障超声乳化手术后后囊膜混浊的效果。方法：14例（28眼）双眼白内障患者,一眼行白内障超声乳化吸出＋张力环＋人工晶体植入术;另一眼则行白内障超声乳化吸出＋人工晶体植入术。结果：14例（28眼）患者均顺利完成手术;术后随访3年,其中张力环植入组,后囊膜无明显皱缩,中央区无明显混浊,患者视力下降均≤0.3,有2例（2眼）行了YAG激光后囊膜切开;而未植入张力环组,后囊膜均明显皱缩,且术后视力下降明显,0.25-0.2有2例（2眼）,0.4-0.3有4例（4眼）,〉0.4者有3例（3眼）。其中有7例（7眼）行了YAG激光后囊膜切开。结论：对于白内障超声乳化手术患者,术中植入囊袋张力环,能有效防止囊袋皱缩,抑制晶状体上皮细胞向后囊膜增殖,减少后囊膜中央区混浊及需行YAG切开的发生率。
Objective：To explore effect of capsular tension ring in preventing posterior capsule opacification（PCO） in phacoemusification and intraocular lenes implantation.Methods：there were 14 cases with double-eye cataract （28 eyes）,one eye was cured by phacoemusification,capsular tension ring（CTR） and intraocular lens implantation,another eye was cured by phacoemusification and intraocular lens implantation,but no capsular tension ring.Results：All cases were performed smoothly.after 3 years,there were 9 eyes visual acuity decreased 〉0.2 in eye with a CTR,and stress flods in the posterior,7 eyes were treated by YAG;However,all eyes visual acuity ≤ 0.3 and has clear posterior capsules in eye with CTR,only 2 eyes were treated by YAG.there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion：For operation cases of cataract,capsular tension ring could decrease effectively posterior capsular contract,prevent cell of IOL from growing to posterion capsular film.
