多发性骨髓瘤细胞体内生长特性的实验研究

摘要 目的:为建立人多发性骨髓瘤(Multiple Myeloma,MM)荷瘤SCID小鼠模型,研究人多发性骨髓瘤在SCID小鼠体内生长的特性。方法:体外培养IL-6依赖的人MM细胞株XG7,接种于SCID小鼠皮下;观察肿瘤生长状态,通过流式细胞技术监测肿瘤细胞表型。结果:成瘤后的肿瘤细胞CD28、CD138等分子的表达与接种前没有明显变化。结论:通过研究人MM细胞的体内生长特性可为MM的治疗奠定良好的基础。 Objective: For the establishment of human multiple myeloma (Multiple Myeloma. MM) tumor model in SCID mice, vivo growth characteristics of multiple myeloma in SCID mice were studied. Methods: MM cell lines XG7 depended on IL-6 were cultivated in vitro, then cells were collected to be inoculated below the skin of SCID mice; tumorigenic state and phenotype of tumor cells were observed by flow cytometry. Results: The results showed that the expression of molecular makers of the tumor cell such as CD28 and CD138 had no significant changes before inoculation. Conclusion: So the study of vivo growth characteristics of human MM cells plays an important role in the cure of MM.
