溶胶凝胶法氧化铝分离膜制备工艺探讨 被引量:2

摘要 以异丙醇铝为主要原料,将原料予处理后,用溶胶-凝胶法制备Al2O3膜,考察胶溶剂的种类和用量、水解温度、回流时间等制备条件对Al2O3膜微观结构的影响。研究结果表明,选择用HCl作为胶溶剂,调节溶液pH值为2.0-3.5、水与乙醇体积量比为1∶1、水解温度为80-85℃左右。通过预处理,合成时间缩短,为6~8 h左右。可以制得微观结构性能比较好的Al2O3膜。 Take the aluminium isopropoxide as the main raw material, after giving the raw material processing, prepare the alumina membrane with the sol - gel process. Inspect the influence of peptizator which its type and amount used, hydrolysis temperature, backflow time to the alumina membrane microscopic structure. The study results indicate that the use of pepti- zator as hydrochloric acid. And regulate solution pH value is 2.0 - 3.5, the water and the alcohol volume quantity ratio is 1 : 1, the hydrolysis temperature is about 80 - 85 ℃. Through the pretreatment, the synthesis time reduces, is almut 10 h. we can make the better alumina membrane of microscopic structure performance.
