摘要
根据电脑横机的发展要求,提出在控制功能模块化设计中,各控制模块应通过CAN总线接入的系统构架。文章给出了CAN总线控制节点的硬件电路,对控制节点的软件设计及花型文件传输协议的设计进行了讨论。系统按照花型的编织信息和操作指令,经CAN总线实时分配任务到功能模块节点,管理协调各模块的工作,实现整台横机的编织控制。实践证明,所设计的系统可满足电脑横机不同机型的控制要求。
According to the requirements of the development of the computerized flat knitting machine, the paper proposes the modular design of the control function, control module through the CAN bus access to system architecture. Given hardware circuit of the control nodes, software for the designing control node and designing for pattern file transfer protocols are discussed. According to the weave information of design and the operating instruction, allocating task to functional module node by CAN bus, the system manages and coodinates the work of every module to realize the weave control of the whole machine. Practice has proved that the system can be designed to meet different type flat knitting machine control requirements.
