摘要
在WTM-1E微型摩擦磨损试验仪上对3种牙修复材料做摩擦磨损实验,并利用扫描电子显微镜对摩擦后材料的表面形貌观察,发现钛、钛合金的摩擦系数大小及变化趋势基本一致,两者的摩擦学特性相似;银汞合金的摩擦系数明显低于其他金属材料;与Si3N4陶瓷球对磨时钛的磨损机制为粘着磨损,钛合金为粘着磨损与磨粒磨损并存,而银汞合金为磨粒磨损。结论:银汞合金不适宜作为牙修复材料使用,而钛和钛合金都具有良好的耐磨性,是较为理想的牙修复材料。
The friction and wear behavior of several prosthetic materials such as Ti, Ti alloy and AgHg alloy in sliding against Si3N4 is investigated on WIM-1E Friction Wear rig. The worn surface morphologies of them are observed with an optical microscope and a scanning electron microscope. In the end, the authors find that the friction coefficient of Ti, Ti alloy are very basic. The friction coefficient of AgHg alloy has lower than the other. In the process of experimental friction, the wear mechanism of Ti is adhesive wear, Ti alloy is adhesive wear and abrasive wear coexistent, AgHg alloy is abrasive wear. The friction and wear behaviors of dental prosthetic materials imply that,apart from the outside of AgHg alloy, Ti and Ti alloy are relatively ideal prosthetic materials.
