摘要
研究了ZnO和CaF2的加入对钡钙玻璃烧结和性能的影响。用单因素法探讨了ZnO和CaF2的加入量对玻璃性能的影响,得到了线膨胀系数范围在(60-70)×10^-7/℃和焊接温度小于1100℃的钡钙玻璃,结果表明,ZnO和CaF2对改善玻璃性能有显著的作用。
The effects of adding ZnO and CaF2 on sintering and property of barium calcium silicate glass were studied. Additive of ZnO and CaF2 on the properties of barium calcium silicate glass were studied by a single factor method. The glass with hot coefficient of expansion 65)×10^-7/℃and welding temperature less than 1100 ℃ can be obtained. The results indicate that both ZnO and CaF2 have an effective influence to improve the property of glass.
