摘要
目的评价针状电极直视下尿道内切开治疗尿道狭窄的疗效。方法回顾性总结16例尿道狭窄患者采用针状电极直视下尿道内切开治疗尿道狭窄的经验。结果术后随访12～36个月,平均21个月。16例排尿通畅、满意。最大尿流率18～25ml/s,无尿道狭窄复发和尿失禁病例。手术成功率为100%。结论针状电极直视下尿道内切开具有操作简单、微创、出血少、并发症少、不需要特殊设备等优点,对﹤2cm的尿道狭窄可作为首选的治疗方法。
Objective To assess the outcome of therapy of the urethral stricture under direct vision internal urethrotomy with the collings knife electrode （needle electrode） and report our preliminary experience. Methods Sixteen patients with urethral stricture were treated with internal urethrotomy with the needle electrode under direct vision. The literature were reviewed and summarized retrospectively. Results At a mean follow-up of 21 months, all the patients had no recurrence of the stricture and were satisfied with the quality of voiding. The maximum flow rate ranged from 18 to 25ml/so The success rate in this series was 100%. No patient had incontinence at last follow-up. Conclusions Treatment under direct vision with internal urethrotomy with the collings knife electrode seems to reveal good outcome. The operative procedure is simple, safe, and effective. It is also associated with less trauma, less-complications and no need for special equipments. Therefore, internal urethrotomy with the collings knife electrode under direct vision should be considered as the first line procedure for all patients with urethral strictures less than 2 cm long.
