蒺藜皂甙对大强度训练大鼠血清ALT、AST、CK、LDH、BUN及睾酮的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Ttribulus Terrestris Saponins on High-Intense-Trained Rats Serum ALT、AST、CK、LDH、BUN and Testosterone

摘要 研究了蒺藜皂甙对大强度训练大鼠血清ALT、AST、CK、LDH、BUN、睾酮水平生化指标的影响。对雄性SD大鼠进行7周大强度跑台训练,采用递增强度跑台训练,建立大强度耐力运动模型。结果显示:力竭运动后,蒺藜皂甙组大鼠血清ALT、AST、CK、LDH活性明显低于空白对照组(p<0.05p<0.01);蒺藜皂甙组大鼠血清BUN含量较空白对照组有显著的降低(p<0.01);蒺藜皂甙组大鼠血清睾酮水平明显高于空白对照组(p<0.01)。表明:蒺藜皂甙能减轻大强度耐力运动对大鼠肝脏、心肌、骨骼肌等组织细胞的损伤;蒺藜皂甙能提高大鼠睾酮水平,降低运动大鼠体内蛋白质分解,从而延缓大鼠运动性疲劳的产生。 In this research, the effects of tribulus terrestris saponins on high-intense-trained rats serum ALT、AST、CK、LDH、BUN and testosterone were studied. SD rats were trained for 7 weeks. The exercise model was established by increasing intensity treadmill training. The result showed that tribulus terrestris saponins could reduce the activity ofALT, AST, LDH, CK and the content of BUN in Serum significantly in tribulus terrestris saponins group than in blank group ( p〈0.05 p〈0. 01 ). Terrestris saponins could increase the content of testosterone in Serum significantly in Iribulus terrestris saponins group than in blank group (p〈0.01). It suggested that the tribulus terrestris saponins can reduce the damage of tissues and cells caused by intensity endurance exercise such as liver, myocardium and muscle. Tribulus terrestris saponins can increase the serum testosterone and decrease the protein decompose and postpone the appearance of exercise induced fatigue of trained rats.
