摘要
财税政策对促进高新技术产业的发展起着非常重要的作用。文章指出,为支持高新技术产业的发展需要对公共财政政策作必要的改革与调整。
Finance and tax policy is playing very important role＇ to promoting development of high and new technology industries. Be to support development of high and new technology industries to require that policy does necessary reformation and adjust to public property.
