摘要
为了消除液压转阀中的噪声,文章分析了转阀控制槽结构特性,利用加速度传感器测量液流振动。结果表明,液流背压对气穴与噪声特性有直接的影响,随着背压的提高,气穴的析出和生长得到明显抑制,转阀中的噪声也随之下降。
To eliminate hydraulic rotary valve noise, the structure of rotary control valves notch is analyzed, and vibration of hydraulic oil is tested by accelerator sensors. The results show that back pressure of hydraulic oil has direct effect to the characteristic of the cavitations and noise. With the increase of the back pressure, the isolation and growth of cavitations is restrained ,and the noise inside of rotary valve decreases.
