摘要
本文采用6种不同基质培育1年生白刺容器苗,对不同基质引起的出苗率、苗木高度、主根长、侧根数、最长侧根差异作了调查分析,得出5号基质(55%森林土+30%耕作土+5%蛭石+10%沙土)培育白刺容器苗效果最好,其次为4号基质(50%森林土+29%耕作土+18%沙土+1%复合磷肥)。
The one-year＇s Nitraria tngutorurn Bobr. seedlings are cultured in containers filled with 6 kinds of culture medium respectively. Seedling rate, seedling height, root length, the number of side roots and the difference of longest side roots were observed. The result showed that, the medium No. 5 （55% forest soil ＋ 30% cropping field soil ＋ 5 % vermiculite ＋ 10% sand soil） performed best in culturing seedlings, followed by the medium No. 4 （55 % forest soil ＋ 29 % crops fields soil ＋ 18 %sand soil ＋ 1% compound fertilizer）.
