摘要
微台阶扩孔技术是应近几年发展起来的膨胀管补贴堵漏技术而产生的新技术。用于玄武岩坚硬地层的微台阶扩孔时,采用自行设计的液压张开机械定位孕镶PDC刀翼式扩孔工具,该工具主要由本体、接头、上活塞、下活塞、弹簧、凸块、刀片等组成。应用该工具在江苏油田韦15—19井实施微台阶扩孔作业,获得长35m、Ф241-245mm的合格井径,并1次性下入膨胀管补贴堵漏成功,证明微台阶扩孔技术应用前景十分广阔。
The micro-bench reaming technology is a new one developing with the recently-developed expandable-tube patching technology. When it is used in the Basaltic hard formation, the self-designed PDC-impregnated blade reaming tool with hydraulic stretching and mechanical location is used. The tool mainly consists of body, connector, upward piston, downward piston, spring, lug and blade. The qualified wellbore with a diameter of 241~245 mm and length of 35 m is obtained by using the tool in well Wei 15-19 in Jiangsu Oilfield for micro-bench reaming operation. And it is successful with running down the expandable tube to patch the leakage point at one time, which proves that the micro-bench reaming technology has widespread application prospect.
