卵巢癌细胞凋亡中核因子κB、半胱酰氨天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶3、survivin的调控

摘要 核因子κB是一种多极性转录因子,参与免疫反应、细胞凋亡、肿瘤发生和转移等多种生理病理过程;参与多种基因的表达与调控。半胱酰氨天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶(caspase)-3是凋亡效应蛋白酶家族中主要的效应蛋白,在细胞凋亡过程中发挥极其关键的作用。Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族中较活跃的一员,具有抑制细胞凋亡的作用。本文主要综述核因子κB、caspase-3、survivin在凋亡中的作用,以及三者在卵巢癌的表达和影响。 NF-κB is a multipolar transcriptional factor,which can participate in many pathophyisolgical processes of immunological reaction,cell apoptosis,tumor genesis and metastasis,as well as expression and regulation of many genes.Caspase 3 is the mian effective protein in apoptotic effective proeinase family,which plays a key role in cell apoptosis.Survivin is one member of apoptotic inhibiting protein family with more activity,which can inhibit cell apoptosis.This article reviews the effect of NF-κB,caspase-3,survivin in apoptosis and their expression and effect in ovarian cancer.
