摘要
用均匀沉淀法制备了纳米棒状氧化铁,并用XRD和TEM等技术进行了表征。研究了其对果绿、碱性黄和亮蓝溶液的光催化降解性能,考察了光催化剂用量、光照时间及空气的存在对三种染料降解脱色率的影响。结果表明,制备的光催化剂为六方晶系的纳米棒状α-Fe2O3,其长轴约为(300~500)nm,短轴约为(20~40)nm。对浓度为10mg·L^-1的果绿、碱性黄和亮蓝溶液,当催化剂用量分别为0.30g·L^-1、0.30g·L^-1和0.40g·L^-1时,在通入200mL·min^-1空气的条件下,用紫外光照射150min,三种染料的降解脱色率可分别达到97.98%、94.89%和92.64%。
Nanoparticle rod-shaped the samples were characterized by ferric oxide was prepared by homogeneous preci XRD and TEM. Its photocatalytic behaviors for tation method and degradation of fruit green dye, alkali yellow dye and brilliant blue dye, were investigated. The effects of catalyst dosage, illumination time and presence of air on the decoloring efficiency for the three dyes were investigated. The results showed that the catalyst was hexagonal crystalline rod-shaped nanoparticle α-Fe2O3 with major axis of about (300 - 500) nm and minor axis of about (20 - 40 ) nm. Decoloring effiiciency of respectively 97.98%, 94.89% and 92.64% were obtained for the three dyes under the following condition : dosage of the photocatalyst 0.3 g·L^-1 , 0.3 g·L^-1 , 0.4 g·L^-1 respectively for 10 mg·L^-1 solution of fruit green, alkali yellow and brilliant blue dye, illumination time 150 min, air flow rate 200 mL·min^-1.
