摘要
探讨和建立了用X射线荧光光谱法测定全白土型催化裂化催化剂滤饼中Na2O和RE2O3含量的方法,并对其准确度和重复性进行了考察。该分析方法准确度高,重复性好,能满足生产分析的要求。
The method for analyzing the content of Na2O and RE2O3 in the filter cake for full kaolin fluid catalytic cracking （FCC） catalysts by X-ray fluorescent spectroscopy （XFS） was discussed and established. Accuracy and repeatability of the method were investigated. The results showed that the analysis method had high accuracy and good repeatability, and met the requirement of analysis in commercial catalyst manufacture .
