摘要
建立离子交换色谱-荧光检测法快速测定6种浓缩果汁中噻菌灵残留量的分析方法。样品直接用水稀释,采用LC-SCX离子交换色谱柱(25cm×4.6mm,5μm)分离,荧光检测器检测,以0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH3.0)-乙腈(体积比为70∶30)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,荧光激发波长307nm,发射波长359nm。样品中噻菌灵能得到良好的分离,在0.001 ̄0.1mg/L范围内峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系(r为0.9999),回收率及重现性良好。方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可用于浓缩果汁中噻菌灵残留的检测。
A rapid method for the determination of thiabendazole was developed in six kind of Juice concentrate by ion exchange chromatography(IEC) and fluorescence detection. Samples were diluted by water directly. Chromatographic analysis was performed on a LC-SCX(25 cm x 4.6 mm, 5 μm)column eluted with 0.1 mol/L KH2PO4 (pH 3.0)-acetonitrile (70:30) and fluorescence detection at λex=307 nm and λem=359 nm. Thiabendazole in measured samples was separated completely. The calibration curve showed a good linear relationship with good precision and accuracy. The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It's suitable for determination of thiabendazole residues in juice concentrate.
