摘要 以丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料进行共聚反应,并以钠基膨润土为无机添加剂,合成了耐温抗盐预交联颗粒调剖剂。对影响该调剖剂吸水性能的因素进行了考察,并评价其在原油中的收缩性能、水恢复性能和热稳定性能。结果表明,该预交联颗粒调剖剂在自来水中膨胀倍数可达200倍左右,在1 000~10 000 mg/L盐水中膨胀倍数仍可达40~80倍;在80℃环境中放置2月后性能良好;在原油中收缩率可达95%,堵水不堵油。另外,其柔顺性好,变形能力强,注人性能优良,调剖效果显著,达到提高采收率的目的。 A novel heat - resistant and salt - resistant pre - crosslinking profile modification agent particle was prepared by copolymerization of acrylic acid, acrylamide and methyl methacrylate and with sodium bentonite as inorganic additive. The factors affecting water absorption of the profile modification agent were discussed. Its contractibility in crude oil, aqua recovery and thermal stability were evaluated. The results showed that the pre - crosslinking particle swelled 200 times in water,swelled 40- 80 times in 1 000- 10 000 mg/L brine. It was stable under 80℃ for 2 months. Its contractibility in crude oil was high to 95 %. In addition, the agent behaved well in pliability, deformability as well as in injection. It was effective in increasing oil recovery rate.
