摘要
以五甲基二乙烯三胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和环氧氯丙烷为原料,经两步制备出含3个脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚长链的三头季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。基于醇醚季铵盐、低聚阳离子表面活性剂和相转移催化的反应历程,推断了本实验的反应机理。研究结果表明,本实验合成聚氧乙烯醚链三头季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂的反应为亲核加成的历程。加人缚酸剂,能促进第一步中间体的生成;维持体系的酸性环境,有利于第二步形成正碳离子,加快目标产物的合成。
Tri - quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant containing three long polyoxyethylene ether chains was synthesized from pentamethyldiethylene triamine, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and epoxy chloropropane by two- step processes. Based on the reaction mechanism of alcohol ether quaternary ammonium, oligomeric cationic surfactants and phase - transfer catalysis, the reaction mechanism of this experiment was deduced. The results showed that the reaction of the synthesizing tri - quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant containing three long polyoxyethy- lene ether chains was nucleophilic addition reaction. In the first step, adding the acidbinding agent could promote preparation ~;f the intermediate. In the second step, maintaining the acidic reaction system was in favor of forming the carbonium ions, which could accelerate synthesis of the anticipant product.
