摘要
茶多酚是从茶叶中提取天然活性物质,因具有广泛生理功能而逐渐受到人们关注。该文简要介绍茶多酚组成与性质,并对荼多酚提取和分离方法,工艺特点进行综述。
Tea-polyphenol is a kind of natural active substance extracted from tea, more and more attentions have paid to gradually for its extensive physiological function. In this paper, the component and property of tea-polyphenol are introduced in brief, and the methods for extraction and isolation, technology features are reviewed.
