摘要
目的 分析癌性贫血患者血清促红细胞生成素（Epo）水平及其与血红蛋白（Hb）水平的关系。方法 对53例癌性贫血、71例癌症无贫血和21例正常对照的血清用ELISA法检测Epo值；并对53例癌性贫血患者的Hb和Epo值与缺铁性贫血（IDA）患者相比较，以及根据Hb值进行分层分析。结果 ①癌性贫血组、癌症无贫血组、对照组的血清Epo分别为（63．08±104，1）mu／ml、（13．73±9．96）mu／ml和（8．10±4．97）mu／ml。癌性贫血组与癌症无贫血组及与对照组相比较有统计学意义（分别为P〈0.01和P〈0.01）。癌症无贫血组与对照组无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。②癌性贫血患者的Epo水平与Hb水平存在负相关（r=-0．693，P〈0.001）。③癌性贫血患者的Epo水平低于同样程度贫血的IDA患者（P〈0.01）。④轻度癌性贫血患者的Epo水平明显低于中重度癌性贫血患者。结论癌性贫血患者的Epo值高于癌症无贫血患者和正常人，并与Hb值呈负相关；随着贫血的加重，Epo水平逐渐升高；但低于同样程度贫血的IDA患者。
Objective To explore clinical significance of serum erythropoietin （Epo） level and the relation between EPO level, Haemoglobin（Hb） level in patients with cancer - related anemia. Methods The serum EPO level were detected in 53 cases of cancer - related anemia, 71 cases of cancer patients without anemia, 21 cases of normal controls and 10 cases with iron deficient anemia（IDA）. Resnits ①The mean expressing level of the serum EPO in cancer - related anemia group,cancer patients without anemia group and controls were 63.08 ± 104.1 mu/ ml,13.73 ±9.96 mu/ml,8.10 ± 4.97mu/ml respectively. The mean expressing level of the serum EPO in cancerrelated anemia group was higher significantly than those in cancer patients without anemia group and control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was not significant difference on the mean expressing level of the serum EPO between cancer patients without anemia group and control group. ②A negative correlation was found between the levels of EPO and Hb in cancer - related anemia patients （ r = - 0. 693, P 〈 0. 001 ）. ③The serum EPO in cancer - related anemia group was lower significantly than the patients＇ with IDA（ P 〈 0.01 ）. ④The ligntly cancer - related anemia＇s Epo was lower than the serious. Conclusion The serum EPO level of patients with cancer - related anemia was responsively increased, the weakly body reactive to EPO maybe one of the reason of the cancer - related anemia.
