摘要
近年来,无线通信技术开始在国内医疗机构逐步得到推广应用。该文介绍了基于无线局域网技术的无线临床移动护理信息系统在江苏省无锡市中医医院成功开发应用的基本情况和体会。该系统通过借助掌上电脑EDA移动、便捷的特点,以及患者专用腕带、新一代的全图形化的移动床边护理软件等,实现了护理模式的革命,能够极大限度地提高病房护理工作效率,确保护理工作在具体执行过程中的准确性,保证信息采集的实时性,提高护理质量,确保医疗安全,并为医疗护理任务管理、过程控制、医疗导航提供必要的条件。
The wireless technology has been gradually promoted for application in domestic medical institution in recent years. The basic situation about the wireless clinic mobile nursing information system based on wireless LAN technology which has already been developed and used in our hospital is introduced in this paper. Easy to move and carry, which is the benefits of PDA, the special wristbands for patients and the newest full - graphic mobile bedside care software are used in this system in order to realize a revolution of nurse model. It can extremely improve the work efficiency of ward - nursing, insure the accuracy of nursing work during special executive course, update the collection of the information on time, improve the nursing quality, insure the security of medication, and offer the essential conditions for medical nursing adminstration, procedure control and the navigation of medical treatment as well.
