全国高水碘地区地理分布及高碘地区水碘等值线研究 被引量:59

摘要 目的查清全国高水碘地区的分布状况,制作高碘地区水碘等值线图。方法在全国11个省份的129个疑似高碘县范围内,以乡为单位检测井水含碘量;采用公共卫生地理信息系统(PHGIS)软件,制作高碘地区分布地图和水碘等值线图。结果在11个省份的129个县发现有高碘饮水井,其中96个县有水碘中位数为150~300μg/L的乡,64个县有水碘中位数>300μg/L的乡。山东、河北、河南、江苏、安徽、天津和北京7个省市的高碘地区主要分布在黄河泛滥地区:山西省的高水碘地区分布在晋中盆地和大同盆地。结论全国高水碘地区的分布基本上呈片状,在片状的分布中存在小片状或灶状。 Objective To explore the distribution of national high water iodine areas and to make the contour maps of water iodine. Methods The levels of water iodine was detected, at the township level, in 129 suspected counties with high iodine among 11 provinces. The distribution map and the contour maps of water iodine were drawn with public health geographic information system (PHGIS) software. Results High iodine drinking waters existed in the 129 counties of 11 provinces. 96 counties had the townships that the medians of iodine water were among 150 ~ 300 μg/L, while 64 had that exceeded 300 μg/L. The high iodine regions of Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Jiangsu, Anhui, Tianjin and Beijing mainly located in the Yellow River flooding areas, those of Shanxi in Jinzhong Basin and Datong Basin. Conclusion The distribution of high iodine regions in China is basically distributed in layers, within which small patchy or spotty areas are existing.
