摘要 根据马钢车轮钢生产工艺规程,通过在线工业实验,测定了车轮钢精炼过程中钢液N含量的变化规律。结果表明:在LF-VD-CC过程中钢液吸氮主要环节包括LF过程、钢包到中包过程和中包至结晶器过程。其中LF过程钢液吸N严重,平均吸N量达到28×10^(-6),最大吸N量为50×10^(-6)。讨论了LF过程钢液吸N原因和抑制吸N的工艺措施。VD过程中钢液脱氮效果明显,平均脱氮率可达到30%左右,平均脱氮量为21×10^(-6)。分析了影响VD过程脱N的主要工艺参数及各参数的优化控制值。 According to conventional technological conditions of producing wheel steel at Ma' anshan Iron and Steel, the Variation of nitrogen content in the liquid steel was determined through industrial experiment. The results show that the main procedure of the nitrogen absorption in the LF→VD→CC process includes the LF, from ladle to tundish and from tundish to mould, the nitrogen absorption in the LF process is higher than that in the others,the average nitrogen absorption is about 28 × 10^-6,and the maximum value is about 50 × 10^-6 .The prevention measures of nitrogen absorption are discussed, and the effect of denirtiding in VD process is significant.The average denitriding rate is about 30% and average denitriding value is 21 × 10^-6 .The main factors affecting the denitriding in VD process and the optimum technological parameters in VD process are analyzed.
