摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,经济全球化进程的加快,培养国际化人才已成为各国教育的热点。特别是我国加入WTO后,更需要跨国界、跨地域、跨文化、跨学科的涉外型、复合型人才。通过合作办学,可以培养出与国际接轨的实用型人才,同时,合作办学也是提高我国教育水平的有效途径。
With the advent of the Era of Knowledge Economy and the quickened pace of economical globalization, cultivation of international intellectuals becomes a main concern of many educational institutions all over the world. After the entry into WTO, China calls for more all - round and foreign affair related intellectuals with interdisciplinary knowledge and intercultural ability who can work across international and regional borders. The international cooperation between educational institutions can produce practical intellectuals and is also an effective means for improving China＇ s educational quality.
