3种沉水植物对5种富营养化藻类生长的化感效应 被引量:36

摘要 通过连续滴加培养液的方式研究了狐尾藻Myriophyllum spicatum、马来眼子菜Potamogeton malaianus、苦草Vallasneria asiatica3种沉水植物对5种富营养化淡水藻类:衣藻Chlamydomonas sajao、铜绿微囊藻Microcystis aeruginosa、纤细席藻Phormidium tenue、四尾栅藻Scenedesmus quaclricauda、小球藻Chlorella pyrenoidosa的化感效应.研究结果表明:(1)马来眼子菜培养液对铜绿微囊藻、小球藻、衣藻和四尾栅藻的生长都具有明显的抑制作用,但对纤细席藻生长没有影响;(2)苦草培养液对小球藻、衣藻和纤细席藻的生长都具有明显的抑制作用,对四尾栅藻生长具有促进作用,对铜绿微囊藻生长没有影响;(3)狐尾藻培养液对小球藻、衣藻的生长都具有明显的抑制作用,对铜绿微囊藻生长具有促进作用,对四尾栅藻、纤细席藻生长没有影响. Allelopathic effects of three submerged macrophytes,Myriophyllum spicatum,Potamogeton malaianus,Vallasneria asiatica on five eutrophic algae Chlamy domonas sajao,Microcystis aerugnasa,Phormidium tenue,Scenedesmus quaclricauda and Chlorella pyrenoidosa were investigated.The results indicated that,(1)The culture solution of Potamogeton malaianus inhibited the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa,Chlamy domonas sajao,Scenedesmus quaclricauda and Chlorella pyrenoidosa,and had no effect on Phormidium tenue;(2) The culture solution of Vallasneria asiatica inhibited the growth of Chlamy domonas sajao,Phormidium tenue and Chlorella pyrenoidos,accelerated the growth of Scenedesmus quaclricauda and had no effect on Microcystis aeruginosa;(3) The culture solution of Myriophyllum spicatum inhibited the growth of Chlamy domonas sajao and Chlorella pyrenoidos,accelerated the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa,and had no effect on Phormidium tenue and Scenedesmus quaclricauda.
