摘要
目的观察FOLFOX4方案治疗进展期胃癌的疗效和毒性。方法对25例经手术病理或临床证实的进展期胃癌患者采用FOLFOX4化疗方案。结果25例可评价疗效者中部分缓解16例,病情稳定7例,病情进展2例,总有效率为64.0%,临床受益率为92.0%,中位缓解期为6.3个月。所有患者未出现严重毒副反应。结论FOLFOX4方案对于进展期胃癌的疗效较好,安全性高,且不良反应较轻,患者易于耐受,值得进一步观察使用。
Objective To survey the clinical efficacy and toxicity of the chemotherapy regimen FOLFOX4 for the patients with advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods Twenty - five cases of advanced gastric carcinoma diagnosed by the operation and pathology were treated with chemotherapy regimen FOLFOX4. Results In 25 cases of advanced gastric carcinoma whose curative effectiveness could be evaluated, 16 cases obtained PR, 7 SD and 2 PD. The overall response rate was 64.0 %, and the effective ratio of the clinical beneficial - reflected evaluation was 92.0 %. The median time for progression in all the patients was 6.3 months. All the sufferers had no serious side - effects. Conclusion FOLFOX4 has better efficacy for advanced gastric carcinoma, and its toxicity tolerable.
