摘要
采用犬弓首线虫(Toxocaracanis)感染期虫卵管喂昆明小鼠,1000个卵/只。定期解剖,用稀盐酸分离法、组织压片法和组织切片法观察其幼虫在感染鼠不同组织中的分布情况。结果在肝、肺、大脑、小脑、脑干、脊髓、眼、骨骼肌、心肌和肾等组织内均查见幼虫。感染后前7d幼虫主要分布于肝和肺,感染后第3d起幼虫见于脑内,第7d后幼虫主要分布于脑和骨骼肌。从20mg小脑组织中查获的幼虫数多于同等量的大脑,大脑中幼虫多于脑干,在小脑内幼虫有明显的群集寄生现象。在肝内,幼虫周围有明显宿主组织反应,但在脑内幼虫周围宿主的组织反应不明显。
Following oral(infection) Kunming(KM) mice with the embryonated eggs of Toxocara cants,the distribution of larva in mice were examined. The number of larvae peaked in the liver and lungs in 3 to 5 days after infection,respectively. The larvae distributed mainly in the brain and musculi skeleti 7 days after infection. Most larvae appeared in the cerebellum rather than in the cerebral hemispheres or the brain-stem. There was no around the larvae in the brain tissue.
