食品中30种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药多残留检测技术研究 被引量:3

Study on Rapid Determination for 30 Organochlorine and Pyrethroid Pesticide Multi-residues in Food.

摘要 目的 建立食品(蔬菜、水果、粮食、茶叶)中30种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药多残留快速检测方法。方法样品用乙睛提取、固相萃取Florisil小柱净化,双柱-ECD气相色谱法同时定性、定量测定30种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药残留。结果 30种农药在HP-5柱和DB-17柱上分离效果较好,其线性范围较宽,并在此浓度范围内显良好的线性关系(r=0.99~0.9999),在蔬菜、水果、粮食、茶叶中3个浓度添加水平平均回收率为66.5%~116.2%,变异系数为0.7%~14.2%,最低检出浓度为0.08~26p,g/kg。结论 方法准确,重现性、精密度好,杂质干扰少,且简便快速,成本低,适用范围广。该方法符合农药多残留测定方法要求。 Objective To set up a rapid determination for 30 organoehlorine and pyrethroid pesticide multi - residue in food (vegetables, fruits, foodstuffs and teas ). Methods The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, then pre - purified by passing through Solid -phase Extraction Florisil,the residues of 30 organoehlorine and pyrethroid pesticide in food (vegeta- bles, fruits, foodstuffs and teas ) were identified and quantitated simultaneously by gas chromatography with dual -column and ECD. Results In HP - 5 Column and DB - 17 Column,30 pesticides were separated from each other, and the liner range of standard curve were broad and the liner relationship of standard curve were good( r =0.99 ~0.9999 ) ,the average recoveries of the three levels of 30 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide were 66.5% ~ 116.2% in vegetables, fruits, foodstuffs and teas, the coefficient of variation( CV ) were 0.7% ~14.2%, the ranges of minimum detection limits were 0. 08 ~26μg/kg. Conclusions This method is of good accuracy, high repeatability, precision and less interferences from impurities, simple and fast. The cost is low and applying scope is wide. This method has met the requirement of analysis method of pesticide multi - residue .
