摘要
自从20世纪90年代中后期以来,建设服务型政府,已经成为西方乃至世界各国行政改革的一个重要取向。为公民提供就业服务作为政府提供的公共服务的一种,在建设服务型政府中无疑是一项极为重要的指标。本文将促进就业作为建设服务型政府的突破口和着力点,通过分析我国的就业现状及政府应承担的责任,探讨了服务型政府在促进就业方面的战略选择。
Since the 1990s, construction of service government has become an important trend of administrative reform in Western countries and even the whole world. As one of public services which government provides, employment service for the citizens is a very important indicator in construct a service government. This paper put promote employment as breakthrough and the focal point of construction of service government, By analyzing our country＇s employment situation and the government＇ s responsibilities, discuss the strategic choices of service government in promoting employment.
