液态反应性防紫外线整理剂UVDHA的水解性研究

摘要 液态反应性防紫外线整理剂UVDHA易发生水解,通过银定量法可以测定水解生成的氯离子量,从而确定其水解程度.此法可定量地分析影响UVDHA水解的放置时间、温度和pH值等因素;试验结果确定了UVDHA放置时间不宜超过3个月,放置温度不宜超过40℃,pH值应保持在中性或弱碱性. The liquid reactive anti-uv finishing agent UVDHA is prone to hydrolysis. The AgNO3 titration may be used to determine the chlorine ions released from the UVDHA hydrolysis, thus to determine the hydrolysis degree. The influence factors on the UVDHA hydrolysis can be quantitatively analyzed with this method, such as storing time, temperature and pH value. The test results showed that UVDHA should be stored within 3 months,40 ℃ at neutral or weak basic pH values.
