宁夏枸杞高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立宁夏枸杞黄酮类化合物和甜菜碱提取物的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为鉴别不同来源的宁夏枸杞提供依据。方法:以10批宁夏不同产地的枸杞主栽品种"宁杞Ⅰ号"样品建立枸杞黄酮类化合物和甜菜碱提取物指纹图谱共有模式,采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"软件进行数据处理,对15批不同来源的枸杞样品进行分析。结果:本研究建立的方法重现性较好;不同产地、不同品种的枸杞样品黄酮类化合物和甜菜碱提取物指纹图谱存在差异。结论:所建立的枸杞黄酮类化合物、甜菜碱提取物HPLC指纹图谱,可用于鉴别不同产地、不同品种的枸杞。 AIM: To establish chromatographic fingerprint of extraction of flavonoids and betaine from Lycium barbarum L. by HPLC and distinguish the Fructus Lycii from different habitats. METHODS: The mutual mode was established depending on 10 batches of Fructus Lycii from different production places in Ningxia province, “Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM” was applied to analyzing 15 batches of Fructus Lycii from different habitats. RESULTS: This chromatographic fingerprint method had good reproducibili- ty; the difference can be observed in the HPLC fingerprints of flavonoids and betaine of Fructus Lycii from different habitats. CONCLUSION: The chromatozraohic fingerorints of flavonoids and betaine from Lycium barbarum L.can be used to distinguish Fruetus Lyeii from different habitats.
