摘要
将高硫煤矸石按一定粒度、一定量,加入到不同pH值的含镍废水中,搅拌一定时间后,静置,取上清液,测其中Ni2+的含量,并确定影响煤矸石吸附效率的因素。实验结果表明:废水的pH值对镍的去除率影响最大,碱性条件下利于吸附的进行,最佳反应条件为:pH值为8~9、加入量3.0g、粒度小于0.08mm时,对100ml含镍废水中Ni2+的吸附效率达到100%。吸附完成后溶液的pH值约为6左右,可直接排放。
High-sulfur gangue with certain grain size and quantity is added to the different pH waste water which containing Ni^2+, After stirring for certain time, then standing, the quantity of Ni^2+ in the supernatant is now determined in order to examine the effect on gangue sorption efficiency. The results show that pH of the waste water is the key factor to removal rate of Ni^2+. The best conditions for treatment of 100ml waste water according to the experimentation are that sorption efficiency attains 100% when pH is 8-9, the addition of gangue is 3.0g, and its grain size is smaller than 0.0gmm. The solution's pH is about 6 after sorption, therefore, it can be directly emitted.
