摘要
以修正的伽利略准数作为模拟研究的判据对CAS法钢包内的夹杂物上浮规律进行了水模拟研究,实验证实了CAS法在去除夹杂物方面的优越性能。为充分发挥这一优势和加速夹杂物去除的效果,优化的CAS处理过程工艺参数的控制范围为:隔离罩直径/钢包直径约0.4,同时配合罩插深度/钢水深度约7%~10%。对于常规CAS操作选下限,在CAS-OB处理过程中应选上限。
Based on a revised Galileo dimensionless number, a water model study was made on the floatation regularities of inclusions in CAS process. It has been concluded that the CAS method has good effect in removing inclusions. The optimum range of controlling parameters is as follows: the ratio of snorkel diameter to ladle diameter is about 0.4, and the ratio of snorkel insertion depth to the bath depth is 7%~10% (lower for CAS, higher for CAS-OB).
