摘要
利用落球试验方法研究了锻造白口铁磨球在多次冲击条件下的破坏行为,并利用赫兹理论及残余应力理论揭示了其破坏机理。所得结果对于促进锻造白口铁的推广应用具有重要意义。
The fracture behaviors of forged white iron balls under repeated impacts has been studied by means of the ball-on-ball multiple impact machine. Based on the Hertzian Stress theory and Residual Stress theory, the fracture mechanism and spalling of the balls has been found out. The obtained results can be used for promoting its application.
