摘要
在简介气动板形检测辊结构、工作原理的基础上,通过试验找出了辊环在静、动态下测量压差沿圆周方向的分布规律和特点,据此提出了一种提高气动板形检测辊测试精度的动态鉴相校正方法,并经过试验证明了该方法的可行性。
The construction and work principle of the pneumatic shape measuring roller were introduced, the static and dynamic state experimentation of the roller was made and the distributing regulation and characteristics of the test accuracy following circumference direction were found. A dynamic phase correction method was put forward to improve the test accuracy of the roller. The experiment proves the possibility of method.
