摘要
农民群众是新农村建设的主体力量和直接受益者,只有充分尊重农民意愿,真正树立其主体地位,切实保护和落实其政治权利,新农村建设才会拥有源源不断的力量源泉。要发挥我国农民的主体作用,当务之急是真正落实农民对新农村建设的话语权。本文在分析农民利益表达现状的基础上,提出了新农村建设中农民如何进行利益表达的对策思路。
The farmers are the corpus power during the construction in the new village.If we respect the farmers＇ will well,really set up their corpus position,protect and carry out their political right,the continuous power headspring would form during the construction in the new village.The urgent matter of the moment is to really implement the words right of the farmers on how to construct the new village.After analytical the present condition of the farmers＇ expression, the author put forward the countermeasures how to carry on the farmers＇ expression during the construction in the new village.
