摘要
探讨了基于烧结废气温度上升点的终点预报策略,开发了烧结终点模糊逻辑控制模型,对终点实施准确的预测预报和在线优化控制。该系统在济钢实施后,使烧结机利用系数提高了0.2 t/(m2.h),终点波动由7%降到3%。
A sintering BTP(Burn Through Point) prediction strategy based on Burn Rising Point(BRP) was discussed in this paper,and the BRP Fuzzy Logic Control Model was developed to predict BTP on-line accurately and optimize control automatically.After this system come to operation in JIGANG,the sintering machine productivity was increased 0.2t/(m^2·h) and BTP fluctuation was decreased from 7% to 3%.
