摘要
从影响混凝土的收缩和耐磨性的因素出发,讨论道路水泥的矿物组成。由于混凝土的干燥收缩只有水泥净浆的1/5,而耐磨性随着水灰比的降低而提高,因此过分追求道路水泥中的C4AF含量高和降低C3A含量并不能大幅度改善道路水泥混凝土路面的耐磨性和干缩性能,相反会给回转窑特别是预分解窑厂生产道路水泥带来困难。为此,建议适当降低道路水泥中C4AF和C3A含量的限制。
Based on factors which may effect the shrinkage and anti - abrasive properties of concrete, the authors discussed the mineral composition of POrtland cement for highway construction .Since the dry shrinkage of concrete is only one fifth of that of neatcement paste and the anti - abrasive property will be improved with the decrease of water - cement - ratio, it is impossible toimprove the anti - abrasive and dry shrinkage properties to a great extent to the road surface by increasing the C4 AF content anddecreasing the C3A content of cement. On the contop, it may be more difficult for rotary kiln especially for precalcining kiln toproduce such cement. Therefore , the authors suggested to properly broaden the limitations of C4AF and C3A contents of portlandcement for highway construction.
