不同铜源及其水平对猪生产性能和血液生化指标的影响 被引量:8

Effect of different sources and levels of copper on performance and blood biochemical traits of growing pigs

摘要 选用54头体重约17kg杜长大生长猪进行试验,研究饲粮中添加不同铜源及不同水平铜对猪生长和血液生化指标的影响.试验设9个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复2头猪.各处理饲粮为基础日粮分别添加以氨基酸铜(Cu-AA)、硫酸铜(CuSO4)和碱式氯化铜(TBCC)为铜源的铜10,150,250mg/kg.结果表明:添加不同铜源不同剂量铜对猪日增重和料重比均无显著差异;不同添加水平铜对血清白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)含量无显著影响,高剂量铜可显著提高血清铜兰蛋白(CP)活性,显著降低血清尿素氮(BUN)含量(P<0.01),添加150mg/kg铜可显著提高血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05);氨基酸铜源可显著提高血清铜兰蛋白活性,显著降低血清BUN含量(P<0.01). A total of 54 crossbred growing pigs (Danish×Landrace×Yarksire) at the body weight of about 17 kg, were randomly assigned into 9 treatments (each of which included 3 replicates each with 2 growing pigs), to investigate effects of copper from three kinds of resources at different level on performance and blood biochemical traits of the growing pigs. The 9 treatments dietary were supple mented with 10, 150, 250 mg/kg copper from CuSO4, TBCC and Cu-AA in basic dietary respectively. Results showed that there was no significant difference, over the 3 different resources and 3 copper levels, in ADG and feed: gain(P 〉 0.05); No significant differences were observed in serum ALB and TP contents with different levels of copper( P 〉 0.05); serum CP was greatly more active, and serum BUN content lower with high levels copper(P 〈 0.01), SOD activity increased with level of 150 mg/kg Cu(P 〈 0.05); serum CP activity increased while serum BUN content decreased with the resource ofAA-Cu(P 〈 0.01).
