摘要
对利用矿山尾矿制作蒸压砖进行可行性试验研究,制得蒸压砖的密度为1900~2000kg/m3,原料配比为m(尾矿)∶m(石灰)∶m(石膏)=78∶20∶2,水灰比为0.15,蒸压制度:升温2h、恒温12h、自然降温3h,成型压力25MPa,抗压强度检测结果为:单块最小值为15.2MPa,平均值为17.5MPa,达到GB 11945—1999《蒸压灰砂砖》标准规定的MU15级砖的要求。
Feasibility and experimental study is made for making autoclaved brick using mill tailings and obtained autoclaved brick with density of 1900-2000 kg/m^3,raw materials proportioning of m (tailings) :m (lime) :m (gypsum) =78:20:2,water-eement ratio of 0.15, autoclave'system:temperature rise 2 h,constant temperature 12 h. natural cooling down 3 h, forming pressure 25 MPa. The result of compression strength test is as follows: the minimum value of single brick 15 2 MPa, average value 17.5 MPa that is up to the requirement of MU15 brick stipulated in national standard of GBl1945-1999 "Autoclaved Sand Lime Brick" :
