摘要
高校校级科学研究基金在高校科研工作中发挥着人才培养和增强学校科研整体实力的作用。本文结合昆明理工大学科学研究基金管理工作的实践,指出高校校级科研基金管理工作中存在的问题,提出对策建议。
In the research work of the tertiary institutions, research fund plays an important role in talents cultivation and the improvement of the integral research strength at the tertiary institutions. In light of the case study of the research fund management in Kunming University of Science and Technology, the paper presents the existing problems in research fund management at the tertiary level. Besides, the related countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in the paper.
