摘要
目的探讨IgE、IL-13在儿童哮喘发病中作用及血清与诱导痰IgE、IL-13的相关性。方法分别采用Pharmacia Un iCAP变应原检测系统、酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测26例慢性持续期哮喘儿童血清、诱导痰IgE、IL-13水平,同时测定20例健康儿童血清IgE、IL-13水平作为对照。结果慢性持续期哮喘儿童血清IgE、IL-13明显高于健康对照组(P<0.001,0.05);血清IgE与诱导痰IgE无相关性(r=0.137 P>0.05),血清IL-13与诱导痰IL-13呈显著正相关(r=0.432 P<0.05);血清、诱导痰IgE与IL-13均呈正相关(r=0.577,0.462 P<0.01,0.05)。结论血清IgE、IL-13参与儿童哮喘发生、发展过程,而血清IL-13水平可反映呼吸道IL-13水平。
Objective To explore roles of total immunoglobulin E (IgE) , interleukin - 13 ( IL - 13 ) in asthmatic children, and relation- ship between IgE,IL - 13 levels in serum and those in induced sputum. Methods Twenty - six children with asthma who were in chronic persistent period and 20 healthy children were enrolled. Serum and hypertonic saline - induced sputum were obtained in asthmatic children, and serum alone were obtained in control subjects. The levels of IgE were deteced in serum and induced sputum by Pharuaacia UniCAP system, and levels of IL - 13 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results Asthmatic children had significantly higher serum of IgE and IL - 13 levels than those of healthy control group(P 〈0. 001,0.05 ,respectively). IgE in serum had no relation with that in induced sputum(r =0. 137 P〉0.05).There was positive correlation of IL- 13 in serum and induced sputum(r =0.432 P〈0.05). There were positive correlation of IgE with IL - 13 levels in serum and induced sputum( r = 0. 577,0. 462 P 〈 0.01,0.05, respectively). Conclusion IgE and IL -13 may take part in the pathogenesis and development of asthma, and the serum IL- 13 level may preferably reflect the IL -13 concentration in airways.
