摘要
目的通过对纳米复合烤瓷材料进行磨耗试验,探讨纳米复合烤瓷材料的摩擦学性能及其相关机制,为其在临床的使用提供相关的理论依据。方法采用面-面接触模式,在精密摩擦磨损试验机上,对纳米复合烤瓷材料与常用普通烤瓷材料,以及天然牙釉质进行磨耗实验,比较磨耗量的大小。同时进行克氏硬度的测定及磨痕形貌的观察。结果其质量磨损关系为:天然牙釉质>纳米复合烤瓷材料>普通烤瓷材料;其体积磨损百分比关系为:天然牙釉质>纳米复合烤瓷材料>普通烤瓷材料。克式硬度关系为:纳米复合烤瓷材料>普通烤瓷材料>天然牙釉质。结论纳米烤瓷材料由于与天然牙相近的磨损性能,使其在口腔内行使咀嚼功能时不会对牙产生过度磨耗,并具有自愈合性的效果,从而有效的保护对牙。
Objective To investigate the relative capability and mechanism of tribology with the abrading experiment of nanoceramic composite. Methods Nanoceramic composite(NC), ordinary ceramic(OC) and tooth enamel (TE)were rubbed in surface contact mode of exact abrading device to determine the abrading loss and the value of C's rigidity. Results The results of weight and volume loss was respectively as follows.. TE〉NC〉OC〉TE〉 NC〉OC. The relationship of rigidity was.. NC〉OC〉TE. Meanwhile the morphology of their abrading surface was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Conculusion The abrading capability of NC material is similar to the one of TE for avoiding excess abrasion of the opposite teeth. It could be expected that NC material would be a potential ideal material in prosthesis.
