摘要
为准确校验在开采工作面上发挥支护顶板、移动采煤设备等作用的液压支架的产品质量,保证液压支架在各种方式的检验中达到其设计的额定力,首先须确定并对其施加准确的"试验力",重点对该试验力测试方法进行研究,设计、配置一套试验力测试系统,测出各种相关数据并进行分析,从而探讨内、外加载方式对支架受力的差别程度,以提高支架检验的准确性、有效性,提高实验室执行国际标准的能力。
Hydraulic powered roof supports act as propping of roof in mining working face and mobile coal mining equipments. To accurately check hydraulic supports' quality and ensure designed rating pressure is reached in various hydraulic supports tests, accurate "testing force" must be initially set and given. Focuses on study of the force and testing method, trying to design and configurate a testing force system which can gather and analyze various data, thereby to find the difference between internal and external load, and to improve the accuracy and efficiency of hydraulic support tests and laboratory competence of international standards performance.
