分析了单轨吊液压驱动系统HD2系列轴向柱塞泵的结构原理和常见故障及产生原因,给出了柱塞泵关键零部件配流盘、缸体、柱塞和滑靴及变量机构的维修措施,并介绍了修理后柱塞泵的加载调试方法。
According to the structure principle of HD2 series axial piston pump, the common faults and causes are analyzed and put forward the corresponding maintenance measures of the key elements： pump rotary disk, cylinder block, piston slipper and variable mechanism. And also introduce the debugging and loading methods of this axial pump.
